A quick note to my x business partner that was also a central part and involved in my Commonwealth Bank saga .

But you also short changed me  a bit of cash Punk as well ,
when we  both finally agreed on a sale price and settled the  sale contract ,
and it was all over ,

But you had actually screwed me so far down on the price as hard as you could when I was at my lowest point , you took full advantage of me and my situation,
I believe.

The confusing part for me was you were already really rich mate.

As either it was a simple mistake Punk or outright planned theft as you paid me bugger all ,
and then you quickly then sold my shares to Ashleigh and Jarrod
for so much more than you gave me so shortly after ,
and you made a large profit on that sale there also  ,
and I just now remembered somehow that looking at the breakdown of the documentation you and Andy Forster our accountant and financial advisor have omitted our shared Capricorn account.

This was like an early type of flybuys scheme ,
where we buy parts in a buying scheme ,
and we actually got points for purchasing parts through that scheme.

Each point was worth exactly one dollar,
Sitting here I dare to say that there was well over one hundred thousand points in it at the time but like everything else in life it’s all electronically recorded on computer.

So to make it easy you can  now fix my problem by making a deposit of those funds into my bank account by close of business this afternoon and also including with it calculated compounding interest accrued in the mentioned time frame .

And the extra you got of the boys for my share.

I haven’t checked my bank account yet but there will be be absolutely  no deposits made by you .

My son Dylan will organise it as he is probably in the top ten Lawyers in the world now and every Melbourne University graduate friend he has  and in all the various legal fields are at his fingertips.

So Carlo Serafini that helped you crucify me wont stand a chance so pay up .

If it drags out much longer wit the interest owing compounding and over all these years you have had that you thought you all got away with perpetuating  this crime to me you may just be like heaps of other Australians  now living in the park in a tent mate .
