Hello everyone
I did my last oil bake on my pans last night and i let the pans both cool off overnight in the oven.

As you can see the results for yourself with the new beautiful non stick surface we have added to our tired old cast iron cookware ,
Its now restored and they are both as good as new .

The only assembly required is the wooden handle to be repositioned back on the small one .

Its now just right in time for lunch ,
of farm fresh chicken eggs and a new pack of the old bacon and we are away.

When you do use your pan you need to try and cook the right type of food in them , with the right sort of sauces that dont actually burn very easily.

For example if i was to cook a pack of marinated chicken wings i would wash off in the sink with running water all of the marinade first ,as this type  of sauce if cooked in your pan to hot and fast will basically destroy your non stick surface and soil your pan and you will have to then repeat the coating process all over again .

So its time to open the bacon and do a test run
We add  a little bit of oil to the pan and then cook your choice of food,

And here is the best bit for a lazy Batchelor like me .
After dinner
Just wipe the pan out clean while the pan is still warm with a piece of paper towl or a cloth  and a little bit of your high smoke point oil.

Good as new
Got to love no extra dishes .

So now you have maybe just saved that old cast iron pot you had hidden away in the back of your cupboard or you have just maintained your regular cookware you can be pleased with your efforts.

This scenario also remindes me of our Australian 

 government and our gloomy situation ,
that when you look at the government pan ,
its disgustingly dirty ,

But  i have now just practically proved to you all in this demonstration that with a  little bit of hard work and with smart methodology we can all as  a team , scub up our country’s policy’s 
And clean her up a bit ,
Just like tje pan we can
Recoat her surface ,
to save all of the old good bits ,
And just like baking a cake
Pop us as a country in the oven and though the oven window we can all watch with a vested interest , as it slowly rises.

In time its done .
Good as new like our pan and ready as a team to stand up together as one , to face the future’s challenge’s. 
Hmm

I dont mind a piece of 

 cake
Especially  when its  Australian ingredients and totally made right here in Australia .

I cant wait for a piece
