The question was do you think that billions of taxpayer dollars should be be spent on Nett Zero during a cost of living crisis?

One must ask and ponder the question ,
why are we ,
the Australian taxpayers actually paying out so much money at all , to transition our power grid ,
when we don’t actually own any of it anymore?

Are we actually then just gifting our taxpayer funds away under the direction of our federal government,
The billions of our Australian taxpayer dollars that we have already together invested in new Electrical infrastructure ,
thats then given over to be managed here by foreign owned  offshore companies ?

And why are we paying?

Shouldn’t all of the new changes that are being made to our  electricity supply and delivery system  actually be paid for by the companies that both supply and retail our Electricity.
Here in Australia.

I would think so

If a home that you are lucky enough to be renting falls into disrepair ,
the landlord is responsible to fix and pay for the house  repairs that you are renting.

We actually in Australia basically now rent our entire Electricity system thanks to  such poor governance ,
and a sell off of our public assets through privatisation .

Hmm ,
Australian power supply is an expensive joke.

Can we ask them for a refund?
