Hello everyone,
So by the time we hit the concourse at the G
Like always when I’m there ,
my heart rate increases.

We all got there early for the pre entertainment and to all just kick back and relax with an overpriced drink.

The MCG had undergone a complete transformation and there was not one blade of grass of the hallowed turf to be seen anywhere
The whole ground was covered with what looked like to me vinyl planks.

The stage was set at the city end and i noticed that there was no goal posts.

On both half forward flanks there were two big light towers standing in place and in the goal square there was a massive three tiered stage with an elevated platform set up at the rear.

The crowd was steadily building and i had to laugh with the signage that was displayed everywhere
No crowdsurfing and no mosh pit .

The section behind the stage of the ground was cordoned off and more than the amount of people that would have fitted in there were on the ground front and centre of the stage.
It was a sellout
So I guess it was close to a hundred thousand people packed in to see the legendary Australian Rock Band
AC

⚡

️DC .

The pre entertainment started off with a bang with a young looking blonde lady dressed up in gym gear taking up front and centre stage with a fantastic voice and so much energy to boot.
I guessing by the bands name that her name was Amyl .

So with everything going on around me i was wishing that I could just turn down my thoughts for five minutes and maybe enjoy myself.

But that was impossible.

I thought this concert is freedom.
This is Australian

🇦🇺

This is what our Anzacs died for .
I thought if Australia turns communist that events like this are a thing of the past.

Instead the State will put on concerts every now and then to show the outside world a happy country when in fact you cant ever buy a concert ticket again in your life as they are actually only allocated to select people.

I looked around at all the red flashing horns that heaps of the crowd were wearing on their heads and i just studied the crowd.
My thoughts were upsetting me and I turned to Em and I said to her

You know what Em ,
i cant actually believe or accept that every single ten weeks that passes that every single person that is in the G will be made homeless in Australia by our elected federal government.

Its easier to gain a perspective of just what I’m saying when you can visually scan a hundred thousand people in front of you at once.
It’s a lot .

I am so ashamed
It makes me sick at the thought.

This is a national disaster and disgrace.

The problem must be addressed as soon as possible by our federal government and their leader and Australia’s Prime Minister
Anthony Albernese
as now people we actually know are falling into that bracket.

Covid ,
my ass

Homelessness is the real pandemic that is rife in my country.

It is completely caused by our federal government .

It is not good enough.

So I invite you to
Join me in the peaceful Australian

🇦🇺

Revolution

So it’s about half time by now and Coll and Em went to the bar .
We were sitting in the front row second level when two young ladies came to the rail and they started dancing and they were having a fat time .
I don’t know why but they invited me to dance with them .
So I did
I danced around with them for a minute and that changed the colour of my day.

I sat back down in my chair and i thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the show.

As for Angus ,
He was incredible.
I thought halfway through if i have his energy when i’m ninety ill be happy

😜

His guitar rifts are unbelievable and then its just one hand
So i think he is a bit of a show off .

Like usually with bands the front man is always the lead singer.
When it comes to AC

️DC
Its Angus .

What an awesome show .
I was disappointed that Brian Johnston refuses to sing
It’s a long way to the Top if you want to rock and roll.

Because it’s Bon’s signature song.

So i missed out in the bagpipes and apparently that was at five o’clock in Federation square.
Where they smashed the old record and  sort of remade history.

So that was definitely the biggest concert that i have ever been to .

Hopefully it wont be my last.

Cheers xxx
