You broke the government charter with the desall ,
and you ran the plant during one of our wettest winters on record ,
and you not only broke the Law in doing so but to add insult to to injury you pumped all of the gigalitres of fresh treated drinking water straight back into the ocean 

And  you ordered the wasting of every single drop.

Then you wrote out  an illegal cheque to the international operator if the plant and your crime was financed and paid for by the Victorian taxpayers for an ,
Absolutely totally illegal operation .

Besides contempt of court when you once again just casually lie under oath ,
and you state to the judge that your wife was driving when your vehicle ran down and hit a cyclist on your way home one night .

The injured  cyclist actually disagreeswith you on that matter and he has clearly identified you ,
as the person who got out of the driver seat ,
