The problem is that all of our elected representatives here in Australia think that they can just get away with absolutely anything that they do , and keep on making costly mistakes in our name .
We need to change the system to where our elected representatives are actually accountable to the public ,
and all have to pass an at least annual rigorous performance based test with the results of that assessment to be made public , for scrutiny, as we are paying their wage .
It would be the first time in Australia’s history that our public servants were made to work under real pressure and the weak can just simply fall by the wayside
If we would base the salaries packages paid and include performance based bonuses, we would all be able to see exactly why we were paying them extra via their performance base results and eventually we would end up with the best most capable people running the day to day business of our country ,
Not like now and we seem to have the dregs of universities running things , that can’t get a real job in the public business world and that all consistently run Australia into further national debt .
Soon after we would see our country head back in the direction that all of us expect and that in the past we all used to take for granted.
Our political system in Australia is so outdated and we desperately need one custom designed for the for the modern age .
