What are we heading for in our world , do McDonald’s are the first major franchise to introduce people less workplaces, and I’m sure that they won’t be the last , slowly I’m seeing the major supermarkets heading down a similar path ,
It was predicted that sometime in the future that we eventually we all basically shop from home and we don’t really have retail shopping like exists today ,
It’s an interesting scenario in a world getting overtaken by technology.
So this was my reply to that McDonalds post edited slightly.
The whole world is changing and like them or not McDonalds were at the forefront of franchising of business.
When it comes to future changes of having people less workplaces , they are at the forefront once again .
These changes are inevitable as management of businesses and shareholders continually push for greater profits and productivity, and with this new system there are no wages and associated costs of having employees working for your company and the profits are bound to substantially rise , leaving each business ample extra cash to promote your business publicly and this resulting in increasing your annual turnover .
Unfortunately this looks like exactly where we are headed to with no regard to the effect on society or the massive growth in the wealth divide worldwide
So hold on to your hats as slowly this scenario is rolled out all over the globe .
Because money is everything.
