There was a mix up a while ago and I rang you and argued about a non repayment E tag that went flat so you told me as I was an infrequent user that just use the photo option , I wasn’t happy about it as I had paid transurbon $50 to purchase it off you in the first place as now I had the ownership of the tag , your company had told me back then it was a continual free replacement for life .
So you actually owe me a dollar for every trip I have done since that day until the issue of my new one a few months ago.
So I figure that you owe me an amount if the total extra fees you have charged me for the tolls that I used that were all taken out from my commonwealth bank Visa card ,
You can’t take it now because you will be totally screwed ,
Since you have been bending me over and shafting me for years on the extra dollar surcharge,
You need to pull up the ledger and caluculate the first charge and add your penalty rate to it and work up the ledger adding the surcharge and also fmdont forget compounding intrest added at every payment that you took for me ,
Also compensation be added for my psi and suffering caused by you robbing me blind and hmm
At this rate I think I nearly could add you stupid attempt to charge me a new old toll as we sorted imitate out when I ordered the new tag
I think I nearly own your road,
