A friend has asked me this question ,
if that i thought that the high migration rate in Australia

is effecting the jobs market.
Without any thought about that ,
this is my response to him .
Of course they are tied together ,
Like so many factors in the economy equation.
But now instead of us in Australia importing half a million new migrant’s this year to fill the void of job vacancys that we have on our jobs market currently here in Australia

we try now actually try a brand new and slightly different tactic and we instead try to get those job vacancies and new positions in the market taken up first as much as possible ,
by the existing Australian unemployed ,
as best we can and running this in conjunction with that initiative ,
We also dare as a country to run a new and well planned work for the dole program and also ,we run a brand new initiative here in Australia
of a tailored adult work experience program ,
It would be quite similar to the current secondary schools work experience program.
But it would have a more realistic renunciation tied to it.
That now for the first time ever in Australia,
this adult work experience program we are running now gives a potential employer the chance now to give that chance to give someone thats now actually unfortunately caught up in that unemployable bracket and those difficult to employ age groups ,
for their company to actually now by contractural agreement,
temporarily employ them actively ,
in their workplace and they can actually then physically assess one’s actual work attributes and their potential to be a future company employee without prejudice easily and offer them suitable real employment.
The term of work experience agreement between the parties will be capped ,
to prevent the employers from taking advantage of of the program and the Australian job seeker.
This will protect everyone.
Sounds like some sort of future plan to me
Australian jobs for Australians .
Its the smart outcome.
And the best thing though with this program is our economy.
We now have a steadily falling unemployment numbers .
Thats good for our economy as we don’t have such a large number of people in Australia that will be now receiving unemployment benefits , therefore saving Australia.
Potentially billions of dollars that now instead can be paid directly off our country’s deficit,
Without any economic pain being inflicted upon our people and it also actually lowers the inflationary pressure thats riding on the back of our economy under our Labour government.
Reducing unemployment in Australia with Australian

labour is a sensible approach to balancing that economy thing , and a major reduction in unemployment numbers is good for the morale of the people,
It actually creates a better and stronger spirit and a stronger feeling of self worth in people and it is reflected out in the wider community.
And it helps address the cost of living crisis.
