You have to be kidding Bill, so I guess you fit your AI into a drone soon and then you have the ultimate unemotional fake person .
Computer technology has both benefited mankind and been an absolute curse also as it has made the unemployed lines so much larger and reduced our workforce drastically over a period of time .
I guess certain countries will make an artificial army of drones that are near unbeatable in a war situation ,I would think that you also have made massive advances in battery technology so you can power them up but they ultimately will be both , economically and logistically much more feasible and highly desirable , as during future conflicts our citizens can stay home just as they should ,
as only people like you and the government leaders that have sanctioned a new conflict should be the only humans to be sent to a combat zone ,
except when it comes to military conflicts like the recent unprovoked invasion of the country of the Ukraine 
by the Russian Powerhouse .
This all seems a bit like something out of the war of the worlds mate ,
But instead of Earth been invaded by fighting machines from Mars , we are going to be invaded by fighting machines and drones made possible by you .

You seem to be shaping this World into a possible future Hell on Earth
In not sure that the masses of people would support you on this project and direction at all and I feel most people would be both frightened and saddened by your idea and your companies intentions given their understanding.
More than likely you are already well advanced in your development of this technology, given the release of your companies statement of intent .
I would strongly suggest to you that besides the billions of dollars that you and your partners have invested in the project already, thst you consider scrapping the project for the sake of all humanity.
