It’s an absolutely huge problem Michelle, and set to rapidly grow that we are facing and I actually listened to some garbage that the prime minister spoke about today regarding housing availability and the rental market crisis. and as from now up until to this time next year , there is to be an increase in Australian immigration , at the rate of 320,000 extra people , which all together will be needing at least an extra 92,000 houses just to house them .
These houses are actually non existent so with the higher demand for accommodation they will definitely drive the rental market higher , and also push the real estate base price also higher, making rentals for Australian families even further out of reach ,
I’d like to see where the prime minister plans on housing the extra 320,000 new arrival Australians that will join the housing wait cue on arrival especially when we can’t even house the needy now.
It’s cold
It’s winter
And it’s a disaster for Australians families
That needs urgent addressing
Even the ten billion that labour are trying to get through won’t even cover our homeless now without the immigrants , so you do the sums
What about Australia for Australians for once .
