Mental illness is becoming the norm
Effecting society as a community scorn
We need more awareness to weather the storm ,
Its effecting so many at least one in five
With a daily struggle to stay alive .
But what can we do to make it alright
Maybe become more aware of others plights and consider their afflictions ,when you go to sleep at night .
There are many different forms of mental illness , with wide ranging symptoms and behaviour patterns that are unique to their categories.
So if you have concerns about a family member, relative or friends mental health , see if you can make an appointment to see their gp as this is a great place to start as early medical intervention can be helpful for a quick diagnosis and treatment plan being put into place for them .
