t would have to be
An electric car ,
as they are not as environmentally friendly an option as the propaganda that surrounds them is made to actually suggest.
Firstly they are limited in travel distances and in Australia we have vast distances to travel,
making them mostly un suitable.
Charging stations are few and far between at the moment
Its a joke because here in Australia and In the outback they have to use dirty environmental polluting ,
diesel generator’s to charge up the basterds .
Brilliant
If you take the time to investigate how lithium is actually mined you would be shocked at the process and the amount of environmental dammage that is done in that process to mine even just enough lithium to go on to make just one car battery.
To top it off at the end its rinsed off,
i believe on the ground ,
with semi tanker loads of acid before its then shipped off for processing.
Once its made into a battery and inserted into a modern EV
Its life is totally unpredictable,
It could last but a week or maybe lots of years ,
Who knows
But once a fault is registered in the battery system that’s the end of the road for the vehicle,
It doesn’t matter if its only just a week old ,
it is now just junk,
Unfortunately its not any old junk ,
It cant even be recycled efficiently or economically,
so everyone just piles them up in storage in paddocks where we could have cows that feed us grazing instead of manure we just have piles of un recyclable vehicles .
Brilliant
Another Australian government stuff up ,
They should unless they were going to be hybred not been allowed to be imported and sold in Australia until all of the unique and associated problems that come along with them are sorted.
They are an environmental nightmare,
If you think car tyres are a problem watch a paddock near you .
As they are like mushrooms and pop up dead everywhere and they hsve to be stored for who knows how long,
They probably already do have the solution and they are waiting to charge the governments heaps to recycle them ,
its all in the reaserch.
Also I would not own an EV because they need to release and use solar paint on the vehicles so then they basically stay charged and with a much smaller battery now required ,
saving weight and improving energy transfer efficiency and its now a lot more environmentally friendly ,
so I can consider it on its merits .
The international paint companies or at least one in France is working hard on making solar paint as I spoke to an engineer there about it maybe two years ago now ,
And he and me spoke about the concept in detail and how the paint cells work together to make refinish easy as it can be for our panel shops ,
Its sort of like electric microdots is the best way to explain it .
Anyway i hope its ready soon as I told the gentleman at the time the company that makes this product first ,
has just won the golden ticket for their shareholders .
So there is a lot at stake,
But the winner takes all,
And we all just add it into to our house paint ,
We paint the house
We paint the fence
We paint the shed
And we hook it all up with a few bits of wire ,
I envisage that it wont be that expensive a product for us to buy , nothing like buying solar panels.
While you brush your fence you are accidentally growing our countries renewable energy pool and saving the planet .
And saving money on your power bill .
So the final answer is Any Ev
untill manufactures take on the environmental responsibility of their products.
How can they make such a car that cant even be recycled?
They all knew of the recycling problems before manufacture.
Strangely,
If there were more manufacturers in the world making EV ‘s they probably would be recycling them by now ,
But theres no competition and no requirement at least from Australia that they be recyclable,
So all you Greenies
For a vote for the protected future of the Australian environment
Go to the Australian Revolution
and sign up on the team sheet.
Lets get the party started
Cheers xxx
