The Australian economy and inflation.

The Australian Economy is a complex entity that in ways can be manipulated with strategic figures by the sitting government in conjunction with the cleaver use of the media to paint to us the people both a pretty and sometimes quite a false picture to the whole world of exactly just how we are travelling.

This is a bit naughty but its a tactic used by our Australian Federal government daily .

Im so sick of hearing in the media that the Albernese labour government keeps on just shouting out loud to our Australian people that they are tackling the cost of living crisis,

How?

Just one or two examples that they are doing actually quite the opposite   and there are loads more examples also in their administered party  policy’s. 

The inflation rate is critical to Australia to balance the economy out while its tiered directly to setting the current interest rates for the Australian economy,

So when it comes to Albernese bragging about his government tackling the cost of living crisis,
it can’t be further than the truth.

For example,
When a factory with just five workers are awarded a federal directed wage rise whether or not it’s through a recommendation from the wages commission or a direct directive through the government and treasury like via a Jim  Chalmers announced decision.

Every worker in the factory gets awarded a fifty dollar a week pay rise ,
beauty nuke 
But not really, all is not what it seems .

Thats $250 dollars that the buisness owners have to find to pay those workers via government order .
But really when you  take  on costs into consideration like holidays and super and long service, workcover and taxes into consideration its more like the sum of  now
an extra $75  per  worker must be found by pay day .

How do they find that $375 dollars to pay their employees?

Simple they add the cost directly onto their retail price of sales .

But in my mind with future union suggested to management new productivity and safety improvements then the situation is quite the opposite and it can drive deflation down where technically then goods can become cheeper on the free market.

Unfortunately not just the cost of the wage rise is added to their final product range but extra has to now also go on their pricing structure because all their suppliers costs have also now automatically gone up dramatically also ,
with the recently and future awarded pay rises.

This is inflation at work .

To top it off the treasurer happily announces a few months back that Australia under the free trade agreement did announce publicly a halt to the charges of over 500 overseas trade tariffs.

This is also lifts inflation and unemployment tied together.

Now electricity charges will show us the customer just how much inflation has grown out of control with the Australian Federal Labour government .

Now the subsidies have all ended right along with the hope of our
Prime Minister,
Anthony Albernese’s solum promise to all of us of a reduction in electricity prices by $275
It was a direct lie to the people to get elected.

Now when it comes  to cheeper power which means cheeper goods can be manufactured here and our exports receive real growth not projected bs figures released to deceive the  Australian 

 people.
